David Edward Reese, commonly referred to as Chip Reese, is an American poker player who has the best record regarding poker winnings throughout the history of poker. He managed to win three bracelets at the World Series in the following amounts: a 1978 Seven-Card Stud worth nineteen thousand two hundred dollars, a 1982 Limit 7card stud amounting to ninety-two thousand five hundred dollars and a 2006 HORSE Championship that was worth one point seven million dollars.
